About Your Fitness Coach
Ryan’s experience in health and fitness includes being a personal trainer at a local YMCA and a branch of Fitness Together. He has worked with a wide range of people: from teen speed, agility and conditioning camps, to adults just beginning an exercise program. He also brings knowledge from interning and working in physical therapy clinics. He has helped patients who had sport- and work-related injuries, chronic shoulder pain, low back pain, hip/knee replacement, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s
Chris’s goal follows this idea of helping people improve their overall health through physical activity and exercise. He wants to help people enjoy being active, and due to that philosophy, he utilizes a variety of equipment and exercises to find the best workout for his clients. He looks forward to helping others achieve optimal performance, whether for work or play, along with a greater sense of well-being, leading to a healthier lifestyle.
